All content and materials provided through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of BiteBalance or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the App (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the App’s availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your needs. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteBalance and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiteBalance, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, Tinley Park, Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms, or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the USA, Tinley Park, Illinois.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
