These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App"), which provides secure and simple privacy features for hiding and managing videos and images. By using LockPic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• a. Eligibility: To use LockPic, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• b. Account Creation: To access certain features of LockPic, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. User Conduct

• a. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use LockPic for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. You also agree not to:

  • - Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

  • - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other user’s account.

  • - Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.

• b. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the media files you store in LockPic. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

4. Intellectual Property

• a. Ownership: LockPic and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of LockPic, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of these materials without our prior written consent.

• b. Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding LockPic are non-confidential, and we shall have the right to use and exploit such feedback without any obligation to you.

5. Termination

• a. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LockPic at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

• b. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app settings. Upon termination, your media files will be deleted from our servers.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• a. No Warranty: LockPic is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, LockPic, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
